University of Kurdistan Hewlêr is presenting an internationally affiliated

Our medical school
starts with the premedical year (PMBY) and then continues directly to
the MBBS program
As the name indicates, this 1 year program serves to bridge the
transition between high school and medical school. It is an excellent
primer for the demanding course of study ahead embodied in the 6 year MBBS
program. The PMBY program consists of biosciences such as biology,
biochemistry, biophysics, physiology and anatomy as well as advanced academic
skills, English for medicine, critical thinking and computers. After
successful completion of the PMBY year, students will move directly into the
MBBS program and do not need to reapply.
- General High School Average 90% and above.
- Minimum high School Score of 80% in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Advanced English Language Capabilities. PTE score of 54; IELTS 6.0; ibt-TOEFL 82 prior to admission
