The Human Resources Division provides a full personnel and human resource services to both the University Academic Departments and Administration Divisions (Administration staff affairs) and (Academic support Services ), ranging form recruitment , selection support and guidance to an advisory function on operational, procedural, policy development and strategic matters relating to all staff.

 The Human Resources Section will work towards achieving transparency in recruitment and employment process. It is the role of Human Resources Section to ensure that all employees should be treated fairly regardless of gender, marital status, family responsibilities, disability, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins or age.
